1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing qk999 (referred to herein as "qk999", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), registering an account, or making use of any service offered on qk999.asia, you ("the User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using qk999 and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Use of qk999 is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. qk999 enforces a strict 18+ policy and may request age verification documentation at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned subject to verification.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing qk999 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded from qk999 or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or by operator decision.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. qk999 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active qk999 account. Registering multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your qk999 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. qk999 will never ask you for your password through any support channel.

qk999 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security layer. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify qk999 immediately at [email protected]. qk999 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

qk999 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on qk999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). qk999 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are subject to change.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must belong to the registered account holder. qk999 does not accept third-party payments. Where a discrepancy between the deposit method and withdrawal method is required by technical constraints, qk999 may request additional verification.

qk999 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawals page. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been fully verified. qk999 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

qk999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawals and may request source-of-funds documentation in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category on qk999. These rules are displayed within each game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and a specific product rule, the specific product rule shall prevail.

Once a bet is confirmed or a game round has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Settled outcomes are final. qk999 reserves the right to void bets or reverse settlements in cases of manifest error, data feed failure, or evidence of integrity violations.

qk999 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits, stake restrictions, or to decline bets at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

qk999 offers promotional bonuses to eligible accounts subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. General conditions applicable to all qk999 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited to your qk999 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user per promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• qk999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonus types are subject to a maximum winnings cap where applicable. Maximum winnings from free spins will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in games or markets excluded from wagering contribution calculations. Exclusions are detailed in each promotion's terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qk999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or using more than one qk999 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with qk999 games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or artificial manipulation of game or bet outcomes.
• Using qk999 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through manifest errors must be returned.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without prior engagement with qk999 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and debt recovery proceedings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on qk999.asia — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of qk999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any qk999 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qk999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, payment processing delays, or interrupted game sessions due to connectivity issues.

qk999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical outages may occur. qk999 will not be liable for bets or game sessions interrupted by system outages, though reasonable efforts will be made to reinstate affected sessions where technically feasible.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

qk999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using qk999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein. qk999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations and qk999's internal data governance policies.

11. Responsible Gaming

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through qk999's customer support escalation process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by qk999 at the time of dispute.
